Omaha, NE November 10, 2023 — Advanced Vascular & Vein Center today announced a rebrand of the company to Vascular & Interventional Specialists, as it joins with the Dakota Dunes, SD-based vascular specialty practice. “We are excited about this exciting addition to our team,” said Dr. Chad Laurich, partner at Vascular & Interventional Specialists. “This expansion into Omaha allows our growing team of physicians to serve more patients in need of vascular surgical and interventional radiology care. We couldn’t be happier,” Laurich added.
Omaha-based physician, Dr. David Vogel will continue in his role as vascular surgeon at the Omaha facility, as will interventional radiologist, Dr. Gregory Gordon. Vascular surgeon, Dr. Andrew Schroeder, has joined the practice, and two additional specialists are scheduled to join the practice in the coming months. Vogel said, “This partnership will help bring additional capacity and excellence to our patient base. We’re excited about this new chapter of growth.”
VIS serves patients throughout Iowa, South Dakota and Nebraska with 17 VIS satellite clinic locations, where patients can receive care close to home in their rural communities. Procedures are performed at VIS outpatient clinics in Dakota Dunes and Omaha. “Our outpatient model of care produces excellent outcomes and offers patients a choice from having to drive a long distance for the same procedure in a large hospital. We are passionate about bringing this care to where the patients need it most,” Laurich said.
The new Omaha location of Vascular & Interventional Specialists Clinic & Procedure Center is located in Village Pointe at 17404 Burke St. Suites 102 and 106, Omaha, NE 68118.
